В статье дана оценка влияния четвертой промышленной революции на будущую занятость в среднесрочной и долгосрочной перспективе, рассмотрены возможные изменения в кадровой политике организаций топливно-энергетического комплекса (ТЭК). Анализируются возможные последствия перехода к четвертой промышленной революции в сфере труда и отраслевой занятости в нефтегазовом комплексе как основного в экономике страны.

THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION AND ITS CHALLENGES FOR THE INDUSTRIAL MARKET OF OIL AND GAS COMPLEX

The article deals with the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on future employment in the medium and long term, and considers possible changes in the personnel policy of the organizations of the energy complex.
The article analyzes possible consequences of transition to the fourth industrial revolution in the area of labor and industry employment in the oil and gas sector, as the main one in the country's economy.
