В феврале 1992 г. был создан российский Союз нефтепромышленников, который после объединения с газовиками страны стал Союзом нефтегазопромышленников России. Он был задуман как корпоративная организация, призванная отстаивать общие интересы нефтегазового комплекса страны. Инициаторами объединения выступили несколько нефтедобывающих компаний. Что показали прошедшие годы? Насколько своевременно и правильно были сформулированы идеология и задачи общественного объединения нефтяников и газовиков?
