СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКИЙ ВЕКТОР РАЗВИТИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ НЕФТЯНОЙ ОТРАСЛИ

Низкие мировые цены на нефть, сложившиеся в последние два года, а также бурное развитие альтернативных низкоуглеродных технологий в энергетике и на транспорте свидетельствуют о запуске процессов структурной перестройки глобального энергетического баланса, или о начале новой «нормальности» для мирового рынка нефти.
В этих условиях уместно задаться вопросом, а каковы перспективы российской «нефтянки» в новых реалиях? Какие вызовы, внешние и внутренние, стоят перед отраслью, и какой вектор развития следует выбрать для обеспечения ее устойчивого и долгосрочного развития?

STRATEGIC VECTOR FOR RUSSIAN OIL SECTOR DEVELOPMENT

The low oil prices that have been in place for the last 2 years as well as the active growth of the alternative low-carbon energy technologies in the energy sector and transportation witness the start of the structural change in the global energy balance and the new «normal» for world oil market.
Giving the conditions the question should be what is the future of Russian oil sector in the new reality? What are the challenges both internal and external which the sector faces and what path should be chosen to assure its sustainable and long-term development.
